We are a team of skilled professionals based in the Birmingham area. We are a renovation and refurbishment company that carries out domestic and commercial work.

We are a team that has been operating since 2009. We took the opportunity to rebrand under Prorenovate Construction Ltd. Rest assured, we have a vast amount of building experience. The new business allows us to expand and grow on a much larger scale across the market.

  Following a bad experience with a builder, Dan and his team stepped in at short notice to renovate and re-fit my fathers kitchen. Kevin was allocated the bulk of the work and he did an amazing job with what is a very  awkward space. It is true to say that everyone involved in the various stages of the re-fit was punctual, sensitive and sympathetic to my fathers needs and their standard of workmanship was excellent.   My flat in Halesowen has been tenanted since 1985 but nothing much had been done to it since 1979! It was more or less derelict. Prorenovate have literally taken it apart and reconstructed it, even the walls were renewed. The standard of their work and their attention to detail was exemplary.  They are perfectionists.   Thanks the team for building the rear extension, the porch and renewing the garden for our house. The team is professional and the work is nicely finished.   We very recently upgraded our kitchen and utility and Prorenovate were recommended to us. They carried out all the work quoted for and more.  Dan and James were great at suggesting any improvements we could make which would enhance the visual and practical aspects of our project. They always responded to our questions and queries very quickly.
All of the tradesmen used were very professional, polite and friendly and left the area they were working in clean.

  A highly recommended and skilled outfit. We had a kitchen-diner knock-through including new floor, new kitchen, steel, new stud wall, plastering etc. Every member of the team was professional, worked to a high quality finish, and somehow managed to keep everything tidy at the same time. Dan and James were really invested in making sure we were happy each step of the way and were super accommodating of alterations as we went along.   What can I say!
The management and team carried out their works in a professional and courteous manner in removing glass roof to conservatory and replacing with flat roof with lantern, removal of living room wall therefore creating a great new living space.
Although we altered the plans during construction James and Daniel were most helpful and the team carried out the works to perfection.
Would highly recommend and the price was right too.
