Full House renovation plus rear garden and front driveway. A home gym was built in the rear garden. The house took a big change from what it was like when we first arrived on site. The whole house was gutted and we started from scratch.
We were given the task to transform this 1960 house into something with a modern twist.
The rear and side extension was added to provide a much larger ground floor space. The added extension added much-needed space for the kitchen area.
The whole house was taken back to brick and plastered throughout.
We rewired the house with a new fusebox to cater for the extension.
We added a brand-new boiler and central heating system with modern double radiators in each room.
We supplied and fitted a brand-new kitchen and bathroom suite.
We built and finished a media wall in the living room.
We painted and decorated the whole property.
The home gym looked amazing when finished and added a nice drop back for the garden when entertaining.
On the front, we designed and built a brand new driveway and surrounding brick wall. We also added a secure electric gate.
This project took around three and a half months to complete. by the end, this renovation added roughly 120,000 to the overall value.
